Pepper de Callier
Chair, Founder

Pepper de Callier is the Founder and Chair of the Supervisory Board of Aspen Institute Prague. Pepper is a bestselling author of three books on leadership and personal development, newspaper columnist, senior-executive coach, and Founder and Executive Director of Prague Leadership Institute. He was voted Top Corporate Leadership Coach in Europe—2015 by London-based AI Media.

Pepper has devoted his career to understanding, counseling, and coaching leaders globally. He is also Founder and Member of the Supervisory Board of the Aspen Institute Prague. He assisted in the design and launch of, as well as being a mentor in, the Odyssey Program for the Vodafone Foundation, a mentoring program for women executives. Pepper assisted in the formation of Manageria, a Slovak NGO, focusing on the development of ethical, holistic business leaders.

Pepper is also a member of the Shareholders Advisory Board of Economia a.s., the most prominent publisher of business and economic news in the Czech Republic. In addition, he serves as Chair of the Supervisory Board of The Bakala Foundation, which provides scholarships for Czech citizens to the finest universities in the world. He is also Chair of the Board of Trustees of The Lobkowicz Collections.

Petr Jonák

Petr Jonák is a graduate of The University of Economics in Prague. During his studies in 2001 he started his career as an economic journalist for the Czech News Agency (ČTK). At the age of 25 he became the CNA correspondent in Brussels.

In 2006, Petr began his business career in a newly established External Relations department at the largest Czech company, Škoda Auto. As of the beginning of 2010, Petr has been working at various leading positions in external affairs, corporate communication and crisis management for the international investment group BMM and its investee companies.

Petr was a co-architect of the International competitiveness strategy for the Czech Republic, advisor to the International Chamber of Commerce, Member of the Euroteam of the European Commision and Chairman of the board of directors of the OKD Foundation, one of the largest Czech foundations.

After a decade-long cooperation, he was in 2015 elected a member of the board of directors of the Czech Confederation of Industry, where he focuses on competitiveness, sustainability, Industry 4.0 and sharing economy.

Pavel Kysilka

Pavel Kysilka is a graduate of The University of Economics in Prague. In 1986 –1990 he worked at the Institute of Economics of the Czechoslovak Academy of Sciences.

In 1990-1991 Mr. Kysilka was the Chief Economic Advisor to the Minister for Economic Policy. He was appointed the Vice Governor of the Czech National Bank in 1993 and acting Governor in 1998. He was responsible for the introduction of the Czech national currency in 1993 and as an external expert of the International Monetary Fund for the introduction of national currencies in several East European countries. In the 90’s he was elected the President of the Czech Economic Society. In 2000 he became the Chief Economist of Ceska sporitelna, the largest Czech bank, he was appointed a deputy CEO and member of the Board of Directors in 2004 and the CEO and the Chairman of the Board in 2011-2015.

Pavel is a Member of the Management Board of the University of Economics in Prague, Member of the Management Board of the Music Festival Smetana´s Litomyšl, Member of the Management Board of Leos Janacek Foundation, Member of the Spervisory Board of Good Angel and member of the Board of the Czech Heritage Fund.
