On November 6-7 we will have world capacities, such as Ann Markuse from Arts Economy Institute, Daniel Latorre, Founder of the Wise CIty in NYC or Igor Marko from Marko and Placemakers in London,&nbsp;talking on creative placemaking.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tThe <strong>OPEN UP!
