The employee contract will be for one year with the possibility of extension.<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<strong><em>Key areas of responsibility:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\n\tEnsuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\tManaging filing systems, archiving records and managing databases<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tManaging Executive Director&rsquo;s and staff&rsquo;s calendars<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tOrganizing the office layout and maintaining supplies of equipment and other services<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tManaging internships and interns&rsquo; workflow<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n\tAdministrative and accounting support<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\tRecording expenditures and contracts<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tCommunication with the accountants, tax advisors and auditors<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tAdministration of business trips and attendance sheets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n\tEvent management<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\tEvent organization, logistics and coordination<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tCommunication with suppliers<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tTravel &amp; accommodation arrangements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n\t<em><strong>Qualifications and requirements:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\tAt least one year experience with office management<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tExcellent oral and written communication skills in Czech and English<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tExperience with organizing conferences, seminars and workshops as well as basic accounting<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tAbility to work well under stress<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tVery good organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tTime flexibility, responsibility, independence<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n\t<em><strong>What we offer:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\tMotivating salary adequate to experience<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t5 weeks of holiday p.a.<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tEnriching and dynamic work<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tOpportunity to contribute to the growth of a non-profit organization with international impact<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n\tTo apply, please send us your CV and motivation letter (maximum one page A4) in Czech <strong>by October 10, 2015<\/strong> to&nbsp;<strong>office(at)aspeninstitute.cz<\/strong>.
