\n\tThe second festival's edition took place on December 2-3, 2015<\/strong> in Pilsen and Prague and was co-organized with Pilsen 2015.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n\tIts first part, the public conference<\/strong> in DEPO2015<\/a>, hosted a number of distinguished guests and experts, both from the Czech Republic and abroad, including Kim Tuin<\/strong> (NDSM Amsterdam), Agata Etmanowicz<\/strong> (Fabryka Sztuki, Poland), Michael Badics<\/strong> (Ars Electronica Solutions, Austria), Levente Poly\u00e1k<\/strong> (Hungarian Contemporary Architecture Center), Zora Jaurov\u00e1<\/strong> (Creative Industry Forum, Slovakia), Peter Radkoff<\/strong> (Taba\u010dka Kulturfabrik, Slovakia), Hana T\u0159e\u0161t\u00edkov\u00e1 <\/strong>(Prague 7 City Council), \u0160t\u011bp\u00e1n Kubi\u0161ta<\/strong> (Jatka78, Czech Republic). Participants discussed the reshaping of cities and places, engagement of local communities, and the use of modern technologies in urban development. <\/p>\n

\n\tThe program continued with presentations<\/strong> of the Open App! competition<\/a> finalists. The project Na ovoce<\/a> won the first prize sponsored by MasterCard.<\/p>\n

\n\tOn the second day, some of the issues brought up at the public conference were further discussed at four parallel expert sessions<\/strong>. The workshops were attended by representatives of cultural institutions, members of the public administration, activists, and independent experts.  <\/p>\n
