{"id":28340,"date":"2016-01-25T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2016-01-24T23:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aspeninstitutece.softmedia.cz\/news-article\/job-offer-communication-and-pr-manager\/"},"modified":"2024-10-25T18:10:41","modified_gmt":"2024-10-25T16:10:41","slug":"job-offer-communication-and-pr-manager","status":"publish","type":"news-article","link":"https:\/\/www.aspeninstitutece.org\/cs\/news-article\/job-offer-communication-and-pr-manager\/","title":{"rendered":"Job Offer: Communication and PR manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\n\tCentral European non-profit organization Aspen Institute Prague is looking for a <strong>COMMUNICATION AND PR MANAGER<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<strong><em>Key areas of responsibility:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\n\tCommunication and PR strategy<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\tPromotion of the Aspen Institute Prague mission in Central Europe<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tPlanning, development and implementation of the Institute&rsquo;s communication and PR strategy<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tManaging and executing communication activities related to specific events and projects<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tCommunication with relevant partners, media outlets and the public<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tPromoting Aspen Review Central Europe quarterly<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n\tWebsite and social media<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\tPreparation and distribution of press materials (press releases, media kits)<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tDevelopment of media, PR and information campaigns<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tManaging website and social media accounts, in cooperation with the team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n\tAdministrative support<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\tMonitoring communication and PR campaigns and evaluating their effectiveness<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tOrganization of media and PR related events (meetings with journalists, press<br \/>\n\t\tconferences etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n\t<em><strong>Qualifications and requirements:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\tAt least two years of experience on similar position or with similar job description<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tExcellent oral and written communication skills in Czech and English<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tAbility to deal with uneven workload<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tVery good organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tAbility to work with a small team<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tTime flexibility, responsibility, independence<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tExperience with organizing events is an asset<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n\t<em><strong>What we offer:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\tContract for an indefinite period<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tMotivating salary adequate to experience<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t5 weeks of holiday p.a.<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tEnriching and dynamic work<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tOpportunity to contribute to the growth of a non-profit organization with international impact<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n\tTo apply, please send us your <strong>CV in Czech<\/strong> and <strong>motivation letter in English<\/strong> (maximum one page A4) by <strong>February 7, 2016<\/strong> to office(at)aspeninstitute.cz.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\n\tSelected participants&nbsp;will be invited for an interview.
