We invited three expert guests &#8211;&nbsp;<strong>Tina Lierheimer<\/strong> (Goethe-Institut), <strong>Jaanus Mutli<\/strong> (Tallinn City Enterprise Department), and <strong>Artur Celi\u0144ski<\/strong> (Magazyn Miasta; DNA Miasta) &#8211; to share their experience and speak about how cultural projects such as the European Capital of Culture can help reshape and improve the life in cities, how to evaluate such projects, and how to include culture into strategic planning.
