Aspen Institute CE\u00a0organized Cruz&#8217;s keynote speech <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and a following debate, as part of the <a href=\"http:\/\/resite.cz\/en\/\" rel=\"noopener\">reSITE conference<\/a>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Cruz together with his partner Fonna Forman direct the UCSD Cross-Border Initiative, and are principals in Estudio Teddy Cruz + Forman, a research-based political and architectural practice in San Diego.
