The AYLP aims to support young leaders from various professional fields.<\/strong>\u00a0They gather to participate in discussions, workshops, lectures and experience-sharing in order to think about the impact of their activities on the world, society and future.\u00a0But participation in the program is only the first step.\u00a0AYLP alumni keep in touch with us. We involve them in our projects, including the Aspen annual conference.<\/strong>\u00a0This year was no exception.<\/p>\n

Some alumni contributed with their expertise to\u00a0pre-conference public debates and roundtables<\/strong>, including\u00a0Petr Duch\u00e1\u010dek<\/strong><\/a>, CETIN manager,\u00a0So\u0148a Jon\u00e1\u0161ov\u00e1<\/strong><\/a>, founder and director of Circular economy institute,\u00a0Michal Kadera<\/strong><\/a>, director of external affairs of \u0160koda Auto,\u00a0Ladislav Ku\u010dera<\/strong><\/a>, manager of the \u0160koda Auto endowment fund, and\u00a0Tom\u00e1\u0161 Posp\u00ed\u0161il<\/strong><\/a>, founder and CEO of the Exekutor m\u00e1 sm\u016flu.cz project.<\/p>\n

Some of them significantly contributed to\u00a0expert research analyses<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013\u00a0Luk\u00e1\u0161 Kovanda<\/strong><\/a>, chief economist of CZECH FUND, wrote an article on\u00a0Developments in Competitiveness<\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0Mat\u011bj Petr\u00e1sek<\/strong><\/a>, partner at DigiLion, contributed to\u00a0Developments in Quality Governance<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Others provided us with\u00a0short essays<\/strong>\u00a0included in the conference book. They also formulated their thoughts concerning the shape and future of the Czech Republic and Central Europe.<\/p>\n
