The ninth edition of the Aspen Young Leaders Program took place on August 29 – The participants\u00a0appreciated respectful discussions<\/strong>, diversity<\/strong> among the\u00a0speakers and\u00a0the young leaders\u00a0as well as an exposure to new topics<\/strong>, which challenged and pushed them to self-reflection.\u00a0We included empowerment workshops<\/strong> focused on developing leadership skills. The participants\u00b4 workshops provided a platform for sharing experience<\/strong>,\u00a0which was a highlight of the program, allowing\u00a0the young leaders to dive into meaningful conversations<\/strong> about their jobs, mission and values. The\u00a0informal activities<\/strong>\u00a0contributed to\u00a0networking<\/strong> and recognizing the value of dialogue among the peers that are facing similar challenges in their jobs and personal lives.<\/p>\n „This event and participants are a big impuls for my next steps.
