Schopn\u00fd mana\u017eer. Inspirativn\u00ed l\u00eddr. \u0160ikovn\u00fd vyjednava\u010d. Obratn\u00fd medi\u00e1tor. A je\u0161t\u011b k tomu ob\u010das zru\u010dn\u00fd \u0159emesln\u00edk. To jsou profese, v nich\u017e mus\u00ed obvykle vynikat dne\u0161n\u00ed \u0159editel z\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u0161koly. Jsou ale v\u0161echny tyto kompetence opravdu nezbytn\u00e9? Nesta\u010dilo by se zam\u011b\u0159it pouze na v\u016fd\u010d\u00ed a vizion\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 schopnosti? O tom i podobn\u00fdch ot\u00e1zk\u00e1ch t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00edch se \u0159editelsk\u00e9 funkce debatovali experti v dal\u0161\u00ed ze s\u00e9rie on-line debat, \u0158editel\u00e9 Z\u0160: Co mus\u00ed \u0159editel\u00e9 um\u011bt?, kterou uspo\u0159\u00e1dal Aspen Institute CE ve spolupr\u00e1ci s odborn\u00fdm partnerem redakc\u00ed \u0158\u00edzen\u00ed \u0161koly a N\u00e1rodn\u00edm pedagogick\u00fdm institutem. Debatu op\u011bt moderoval pan <\/span><b>Tom\u00e1\u0161 Fe\u0159tek, <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">odborn\u00fd konzultant EDUin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u0158e\u010dn\u00edci se shodli na tom, \u017ee role \u0159editele je na \u0161kol\u00e1ch nejednotn\u00e1 a p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 velk\u00e1 r\u016fznorodost kompetenc\u00ed nep\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 k n\u00e1le\u017eit\u00e9mu v\u00fdkonu t\u00e9to funkce. Pokud se \u0159editel mus\u00ed v\u011bnovat \u010dinnostem, kter\u00e9 mu nep\u0159\u00edslu\u0161\u00ed, nezb\u00fdv\u00e1 mu \u010das na kvalitn\u00ed veden\u00ed sv\u00fdch pedagogick\u00fdch spolupracovn\u00edk\u016f, v\u010detn\u011b nezbytn\u00e9ho sebevzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Podle <\/span><b>Marie Gottfriedov\u00e9<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, \u0159editelky Z\u0160 Trmice, u\u017e nejsou pedagogov\u00e9 lidmi, kte\u0159\u00ed sv\u00fdm \u017e\u00e1k\u016fm jen p\u0159edkl\u00e1daj\u00ed informace a ov\u011b\u0159uj\u00ed jejich osvojen\u00ed. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201eDnes mus\u00ed podporovat rozvoj a sebepozn\u00e1n\u00ed \u017e\u00e1k\u016f. Nast\u00e1v\u00e1 v\u00fdznamn\u00fd posun od poznatk\u016f ke kompetenc\u00edm. P\u0159ed pedagogy stoj\u00ed velk\u00e1 v\u00fdzva: naj\u00edt svoji novou profesn\u00ed identitu, tedy objevit CO, PRO\u010c a JAK u\u010dit,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Marie Gottfriedov\u00e1 a hned dod\u00e1v\u00e1: \u201e\u0158editel je hybatel a l\u00eddr t\u00e9to prom\u011bny. Je t\u0159eba, aby to byl \u010dlov\u011bk \u2013 inov\u00e1tor, kter\u00fd se neboj\u00ed zm\u011bn. Aby byl vizion\u00e1\u0159, tedy byl schopen vid\u011bt d\u00e1l ne\u017e ostatn\u00ed. A aby um\u011bl spolupracovat a spolupr\u00e1ci ve \u0161kole podporoval jako t\u00fdmov\u00fd hr\u00e1\u010d.\u201c\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><b>Jan Mu\u0161uta<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, \u0159editel Odboru \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed region\u00e1ln\u00edho \u0161kolstv\u00ed M\u0160MT, si je v\u011bdom, \u017ee definice funkce \u0159editele nen\u00ed jednozna\u010dn\u00e1. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201eInvestice do podpory \u0159editel\u016f \u0161kol je p\u0159itom jednou z nejefektivn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch ve ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 politice. Obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b u n\u00e1s, kde \u0159editel\u00e9 maj\u00ed rozs\u00e1hl\u00e9 pravomoci a s t\u00edm spojenou zodpov\u011bdnost, velmi z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na tom, kdo je \u0159editelem \u0161koly a jak ke sv\u00e9 pozici p\u0159istupuje. Je to pr\u00e1v\u011b \u0159editel, kdo d\u011bl\u00e1 \u0161kolu. V tomto \u00fakolu jsme relativn\u011b v za\u010d\u00e1tc\u00edch \u2013 na ministerstvu jsme jako prvn\u00ed krok identifikovali p\u0159\u00edpravu \u0159editel\u016f na funkci a zah\u00e1jili revizi tzv. funk\u010dn\u00edho studia, ur\u010den\u00e9ho pedagogick\u00fdm l\u00eddr\u016fm \u0161kol,\u201c<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> uv\u00e1d\u00ed Jan Mu\u0161uta.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Jind\u0159ich Kitzberger <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">z Katedry andragogiky a managementu vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed Pedagogick\u00e9 fakulty Univerzity Karlovy<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">je spolutv\u016frcem tzv. Kompeten\u010dn\u00edho modelu, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 ambici vzd\u011bl\u00e1vat a podporovat \u0159editele z\u00e1kladn\u00edch \u0161kol. Je zpracov\u00e1n pro 6 oblast\u00ed na 3 \u00farovn\u00edch \u2013 za\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00edk, pokro\u010dil\u00fd, zku\u0161en\u00fd profesion\u00e1l.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zab\u00fdv\u00e1 se \u0159\u00edzen\u00edm \u0161koly jako pr\u00e1vn\u00edho subjektu, veden\u00edm postaven\u00fdm na hodnot\u00e1ch a viz\u00edch, pedagogick\u00fdmi znalostmi, schopnostmi v\u00e9st ostatn\u00ed, sebereflex\u00ed a komunikac\u00ed s okol\u00edm. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201eKompeten\u010dn\u00ed model zat\u00edm p\u0159ij\u00edmaj\u00ed \u0159editel\u00e9 vl\u00eddn\u011b, ur\u010dit\u011b m\u00e1 potenci\u00e1l, aby se s n\u00edm ve \u0161kolsk\u00e9m ter\u00e9nu pracovalo. Nem\u011bl by v\u0161ak b\u00fdt nasazen samostatn\u011b, ale jen v r\u00e1mci cel\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu podpory \u0159editel\u016f. Jednou ze<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed t\u00e9to podpory by mohli b\u00fdt kou\u010dov\u00e9 nebo mento\u0159i, kter\u00fdmi by se mohli st\u00e1t velmi zku\u0161en\u00ed \u0159editel\u00e9\u201c<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, m\u00edn\u00ed Jind\u0159ich Kitzberger.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u0158editelka projekt\u016f Pom\u00e1h\u00e1me \u0161kol\u00e1m k \u00fasp\u011bchu a \u0158editel na\u017eivo <\/span><b>Hana Ko\u0161\u0165\u00e1lov\u00e1<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> je p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010dena, \u017ee l\u00edd\u0159i se mus\u00ed nau\u010dit, jak z \u0159editelsk\u00e9 pozice optimalizovat v\u00fduku, aby se d\u011bti ve \u0161kol\u00e1ch c\u00edtily l\u00e9pe a chodily do nich r\u00e1dy. \u201eNa prvn\u00edm m\u00edst\u011b je t\u0159eba vytv\u00e1\u0159et lok\u00e1ln\u011b \u0159\u00edzen\u00e9 komunity s vybran\u00fdmi pedagogick\u00fdmi profesion\u00e1ly, kte\u0159\u00ed budou za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00edc\u00edm \u0159editel\u016fm pom\u00e1hat. Pokud se n\u00e1m poda\u0159\u00ed vytvo\u0159it funguj\u00edc\u00ed platformu pro p\u0159ed\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed t\u011bchto poznatk\u016f a propojit sebevzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed pedagog\u016f s u\u010den\u00edm d\u011bt\u00ed, prosp\u011bje to cel\u00e9mu \u0161kolsk\u00e9mu syst\u00e9mu,\u201c uzav\u00edr\u00e1 Hana Ko\u0161\u0165\u00e1lov\u00e1.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-18919\" src=\"https:\/\/www.aspeninstitutece.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/aspen-media\/2021\/08\/edu_debata_03_2021_vizual1920x600.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1920\" height=\"600\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>T\u0159et\u00ed ze s\u00e9rie ve\u0159ejn\u00fdch debat, kter\u00e1 se zam\u011b\u0159ila na profil \u0159editele Z\u0160 v 21. stolet\u00ed.
