Nav\u00edc se jim neda\u0159\u00ed vytv\u00e1\u0159et funk\u010dn\u00ed partnerstv\u00ed s\u00a0firmami, \u00fa\u0159ady a rodi\u010di. T\u00e9ma podpory vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed na region\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00farovni se stalo 8. z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed p\u0159edm\u011btem ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 debaty, kterou po\u0159\u00e1daly Aspen Institute CE a Zl\u00ednsk\u00fd filmov\u00fd festival v\u00a0Kongresov\u00e9m centru Zl\u00edn v r\u00e1mci Konferen\u010dn\u00edho bloku D\u011bti bez hranic\u00bf<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Debatuj\u00edc\u00ed se shodli na tom, \u017ee vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed je jeden z\u00a0pil\u00ed\u0159\u016f i ukazatel\u016f kvality \u017eivota v\u00a0regionu. Pov\u011bdom\u00ed o jeho hodnot\u011b je t\u0159eba roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159it mezi ve\u0159ejnost, aby \u010cesk\u00e1 republika p\u0159estala b\u00fdt montovnou Evropy a stala se konkurenceschopnou zem\u00ed. Ke zlep\u0161en\u00ed sou\u010dasn\u00e9ho stavu by m\u011blo p\u0159isp\u011bt propojen\u00ed firem a \u0161kol, a vyu\u017eit\u00ed modern\u00edch technologi\u00ed. K\u00a0dlouhodob\u00fdm bolestem \u010desk\u00e9ho \u0161kolstv\u00ed naopak pat\u0159\u00ed zp\u016fsob hodnocen\u00ed student\u016f, kter\u00fd m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt demotivuj\u00edc\u00ed. Nedocen\u011bna je tak\u00e9 \u00faloha \u0159editel\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed nam\u00edsto mana\u017eersk\u00e9 a pedagogick\u00e9 \u010dinnosti \u010dasto p\u016fsob\u00ed jako techni\u010dt\u00ed spr\u00e1vci budov.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pod\u00edvejte se na kr\u00e1tk\u00fd sest\u0159ih z debaty<\/strong>\u2b07<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/gCjzpka1PYs?rel=0&amp;controls=0&amp;showinfo=0\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Debatu zah\u00e1jil\u00a0<strong>Luk\u00e1\u0161 Tr\u010dka, jednatel Technologick\u00e9ho inova\u010dn\u00edho centra Zl\u00edn<\/strong>\u00a0(TIC Zl\u00edn), kter\u00fd upozornil na nutnost koncep\u010dn\u00edho p\u0159\u00edstupu k t\u00e9matu kvality \u017eivota, jej\u00ed\u017e je vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed neodmyslitelnou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed. V pr\u016fb\u011bhu p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvku byl p\u0159edstaven tak\u00e9 pilotn\u00ed projekt propojuj\u00edc\u00ed \u0161koly a firmy.\u00a0<em>\u201eNa za\u010d\u00e1tku je v\u017edy jedine\u010dn\u00e1 osobnost \u017e\u00e1ka, hled\u00e1me jeho siln\u00e9 str\u00e1nky. Spou\u0161t\u00edme anonymn\u00ed testov\u00e1n\u00ed jednotliv\u00fdch talent\u016f a jejich p\u0159ipravenost na kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e1 povol\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00a0regionu. Studenti mohou ve virtu\u00e1ln\u00edm prostoru str\u00e1vit v\u00a0ur\u010dit\u00e9 profesi jeden den a zjistit, co dan\u00e9 povol\u00e1n\u00ed obn\u00e1\u0161\u00ed. Sna\u017e\u00edme se tak\u00e9 uk\u00e1zat, jak slo\u017eit\u00e9 je vykon\u00e1vat stejnou profesi ve Zl\u00ednsk\u00e9m kraji a nap\u0159\u00edklad v\u00a0Praze nebo v Brn\u011b a jak se li\u0161\u00ed finan\u010dn\u00ed ohodnocen\u00ed.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Hana Navr\u00e1tilov\u00e1, prod\u011bkanka pro pedagogickou \u010dinnost FHS Univerzity Tom\u00e1\u0161e Bati<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>ve Zl\u00edn\u011b,<\/strong>\u00a0sd\u011blila, \u017ee je podstatn\u00e9, aby u\u010ditel\u00e9 byli nositelem budouc\u00edch inovac\u00ed v\u00a0r\u00e1mci kraje, vych\u00e1zeli z\u00a0tradic regionu a odkazu Tom\u00e1\u0161e Bati.\u00a0<em>\u201e<\/em><em>Pro fakultu p\u0159ipravuj\u00edc\u00ed budouc\u00ed u\u010ditele je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 otev\u0159en\u00e1 a funguj\u00edc\u00ed komunikace s jednotliv\u00fdmi \u0161kolami a u\u010diteli<\/em><em>. Univerzita se m\u00e1 st\u00e1t m\u00edstem pro sd\u00edlen\u00ed zku\u0161enost\u00ed a praxe,\u201c<\/em>\u00a0\u0159ekla.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jarmila Mina\u0159\u00edkov\u00e1,<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>lektorka, mentorka a emeritn\u00ed \u0159editelka st\u0159edn\u00ed odborn\u00e9 \u0161koly,\u00a0<\/strong>uvedla vlastn\u00ed p\u0159iklad z\u00a0praxe, kdy jako \u0159editelka St\u0159edn\u00ed pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 \u0161koly strojn\u00ed zah\u00e1jila partnerstv\u00ed s\u00a0\u010detn\u00fdmi firmami ze Zl\u00ednsk\u00e9ho kraje.\u00a0<em>\u201e\u00da\u010delem spolupr\u00e1ce nebyl fundraising, ale p\u0159\u00edprava student\u016f na odbornou pr\u00e1ci v regionu, z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch kompetenc\u00ed a zku\u0161enost\u00ed z praxe. Stejn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je, aby studenti z\u00edsk\u00e1vali dal\u0161\u00ed vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed a zku\u0161enosti i mimo kraj \u010di republiku,\u201c<\/em>\u00a0podotkla.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zden\u011bk Slej\u0161ka, \u0159editel Nada\u010dn\u00edho fondu Eduzm\u011bna,<\/strong>\u00a0hovo\u0159il o tom, jak uplat\u0148ovat princip participace a kolektivn\u00edho dopadu p\u0159i syst\u00e9mov\u00fdch zm\u011bn\u00e1ch ve vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed: \u201e<em>Eduzm\u011bna se sna\u017e\u00ed vytv\u00e1\u0159et region\u00e1ln\u00ed partnerstv\u00ed, v nich\u017e budou z\u00e1stupci \u0161kol, zam\u011bstnavatel\u016f a rodi\u010d\u016f. Tak\u00e9 politici musej\u00ed m\u00edt vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed jako trvalou prioritu. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 je jednotn\u00e1 vize \u0161kolstv\u00ed v\u0161ech partner\u016f a spole\u010dn\u00e9 kroky vedouc\u00ed ke zm\u011bn\u011b.<\/em>\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Podle<strong>\u00a0Luk\u00e1\u0161e Rejchrta, spoluzakladatele vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed platformy Edhance,<\/strong>\u00a0je ve vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e1 komunikace: \u201e<em>M\u016f\u017eete m\u00edt sebelep\u0161\u00ed my\u0161lenku, ale pokud ji neum\u00edte doru\u010dit, je v\u00e1m k\u00a0ni\u010demu.
