M\u011bla by b\u00fdt srozumiteln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a efektivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed.\u00a0<\/b><b>Je co zlep\u0161ovat.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Covidov\u00e1 pandemie a v\u00e1lka na Ukrajin\u011b uk\u00e1zaly, \u017ee st\u00e1t mus\u00ed z\u00e1sadn\u011b zjednodu\u0161it intern\u00ed komunikaci ve \u0161kol\u00e1ch i mezi \u0161kolami a z\u0159izovateli. Sd\u011blov\u00e1n\u00ed informac\u00ed by m\u011blo b\u00fdt\u00a0 mnohem rychlej\u0161\u00ed, srozumiteln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a efektivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Na tom se shodli \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci panelov\u00e9 diskuse s n\u00e1zvem<\/b><b><i> Jak na komunikaci ve \u0161kolstv\u00ed?<\/i><\/b><b>, kterou zorganizoval Aspen Institute CE b\u011bhem 62. ro\u010dn\u00edku\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.zlinfest.cz\/\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Zl\u00ednsk\u00e9ho filmov\u00e9ho festivalu<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0<\/b>v\u00a0r\u00e1mci\u00a0<strong>Konferen\u010dn\u00edho bloku D\u011bti bez hranic\u00bf.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Na z\u00e1znam z debaty se m\u016f\u017eete pod\u00edvat na tomto\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=EoUt611MEq8&amp;t=40s\" rel=\"noopener\">linku<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Debaty se z\u00fa\u010dastnili tito host\u00e9:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> <strong>Michal \u010cern\u00fd<\/strong>, \u0159editel Odboru z\u00e1kladn\u00edho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed a ml\u00e1de\u017ee, M\u0160MT<br \/>\n <strong>Kate\u0159ina Francov\u00e1<\/strong>, n\u00e1m\u011bstkyn\u011b prim\u00e1tora m\u011bsta Zl\u00edn<br \/>\n <strong>Michal Kaderka<\/strong>, odborn\u00edk na krizovou komunikaci<br \/>\n <strong>Hana Lavi\u010dkov\u00e1<\/strong>, \u0159editelka a z\u0159izovatelka, Z\u0160 Jinotaj<br \/>\n <strong>Pavl\u00edna Ondry\u00e1\u0161ov\u00e1<\/strong>, \u0159editelka, Z\u0160 Kory\u010dansk\u00e9 Paseky<br \/>\n <strong>Andrea Studihradov\u00e1<\/strong>, Team Komunikace &amp; CSR, \u010cesk\u00e1 spo\u0159itelna<br \/>\n <strong>Barbora Vrbov\u00e1<\/strong>, pracovnice Podpory vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, \u010clov\u011bk v t\u00edsni Olomouc<\/p>\n<p>Celou debatu moderovala\u00a0<b>Michala Hergetov\u00e1.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pot\u0159ebu l\u00e9pe nastaven\u00e9ho vztahu mezi jednotliv\u00fdmi subjekty p\u0159inesl nejprve covid-19, kv\u016fli n\u011bmu\u017e musely b\u00fdt uzav\u0159eny \u0161koly a v\u00fduka i komunikace s\u00a0rodi\u010di prob\u00edhala distan\u010dn\u011b. Tak\u00e9 s ohledem na sou\u010dasnou situaci, kdy \u0161koly za\u010dle\u0148uj\u00ed ukrajinsk\u00e9 \u017e\u00e1ky do t\u0159\u00edd, pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed \u0159editel\u00e9 a z\u0159izovatel\u00e9 intenzivn\u00ed podporu. Jasn\u00e1 komunikace by v\u0161ak m\u011bla prob\u00edhat nejen v\u00a0t\u011bchto krizov\u00fdch situac\u00edch. A to tak, aby v\u0161ichni z\u00fa\u010dastn\u011bn\u00ed akt\u00e9\u0159i m\u011bli kdykoli mo\u017enost se zeptat na jak\u00e9koliv ot\u00e1zky. Jedn\u00e1 se jak o\u00a0 \u0159editele, u\u010ditele, ale i rodi\u010de nebo \u017e\u00e1ci.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201eZefektivn\u011bn\u00ed komunikace by m\u011bl napomoci st\u0159edn\u00ed \u010dl\u00e1nek podpory, kter\u00fd ministerstvo \u0161kolstv\u00ed pilotuje ve dvou regionech \u2013 na Semilsku a na Svitavsku. Prvn\u00ed v\u00fdsledky nazna\u010duj\u00ed, \u017ee jdeme spr\u00e1vn\u00fdm sm\u011brem,\u201c<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> uvedl <\/span><b>Michal \u010cern\u00fd<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, \u0159editel Odboru z\u00e1kladn\u00edho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed a ml\u00e1de\u017ee M\u0160MT. Podle jeho slov by mohl st\u0159edn\u00ed \u010dl\u00e1nek plo\u0161n\u011b fungovat za dva nebo t\u0159i roky.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Koncept takzvan\u00e9ho st\u0159edn\u00edho \u010dl\u00e1nku je zakotven\u00fd ve <\/span><b>Strategii vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed politiky \u010cR do roku 2030+<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> a jeho hlavn\u00edm c\u00edlem je zvy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed kvality vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm komplexn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu podpory \u0161kol. Od roku 2021 po dobu dvou let budou t\u00fdmy odborn\u00edk\u016f ve vybran\u00fdch regionech poskytovat \u0161kol\u00e1m p\u0159\u00edmou podporu, zejm\u00e9na v oblasti managementu, spr\u00e1vy organizace a veden\u00ed lid\u00ed. Stanou se prost\u0159edn\u00edkem v obousm\u011brn\u00e9 komunikaci mezi M\u0160MT a z\u0159izovateli.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Kate\u0159ina Francov\u00e1<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, n\u00e1m\u011bstkyn\u011b prim\u00e1tora m\u011bsta Zl\u00edn, tuto iniciativu v\u00edt\u00e1. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201eChyb\u00ed n\u00e1m informace z\u00a0ministerstva, dozv\u00edd\u00e1me se o pokynech pro \u0159editele a\u017e jako druz\u00ed, n\u011bkdy a\u017e od u\u010ditel\u016f. Dop\u0159edu nev\u00edme, co vyhl\u00e1\u0161ka nebo pokyn obsahuje, posledn\u00edm p\u0159\u00edkladem byl chaotick\u00fd z\u00e1pis ukrajinsk\u00fdch d\u011bt\u00ed do \u0161kol. Ka\u017ed\u00e9 smyslupln\u00e9 zjednodu\u0161en\u00ed povede k\u00a0lep\u0161\u00edmu, ministerstvo mus\u00ed v\u00edce komunikovat se z\u0159izovatelem,\u201c<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u0159ekla Kate\u0159ina Francov\u00e1 s\u00a0t\u00edm, \u017ee \u0159editel\u00e9 a u\u010ditel\u00e9 jsou pod velk\u00fdm st\u00e1l\u00fdm tlakem, a proto je dnes obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e9 funkci \u0159editele obsazovat mlad\u0161\u00edmi lidmi.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Podle <\/span><b>Hany Lavi\u010dkov\u00e9<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, \u0159editelky a z\u0159izovatelky Z\u0160 Jinotaj, komunikace ve \u0161kolstv\u00ed v\u00e1zne. P\u0159itom zejm\u00e9na s\u00a0rodi\u010di jde o diskusi hodn\u011b emocion\u00e1ln\u00ed, jeliko\u017e ka\u017ed\u00fd rodi\u010d chce pro sv\u00e9 d\u00edt\u011b to nejlep\u0161\u00ed. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201eJe nutn\u00e9 \u0159editel\u016fm a u\u010ditel\u016fm rozv\u00e1zat ruce, aby se mohli v\u011bnovat tomu hlavn\u00edmu \u2013 v\u00fduce. Je t\u0159eba podpo\u0159it pedagogy, aby nemuseli tr\u00e1vit tolik \u010dasu administrativou.\u00a0 St\u0159edn\u00ed \u010dl\u00e1nek podpory zafungoval perfektn\u011b, ale je\u0161t\u011b nen\u00ed legitimizovan\u00fd,\u201c<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> upozornila Hana Lavi\u010dkov\u00e1.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S\u00a0t\u00edm souhlas\u00ed i <\/span><b>Pavl\u00edna Ondry\u00e1\u0161ov\u00e1<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, \u0159editelka Z\u0160 Kory\u010dansk\u00e9 Paseky. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201eKomunikace je moc slo\u017eit\u00e1 a \u0161kol\u00e1k funguje jako prost\u0159edn\u00edk, co\u017e nen\u00ed v\u017edy vhodn\u00e9 a p\u0159enosn\u00e9,\u201c<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> m\u00edn\u00ed Pavl\u00edna Ondry\u00e1\u0161ov\u00e1. Z\u00e1kladem dobr\u00fdch vztah\u016f je podle n\u00ed srozumiteln\u00e1 komunikace na z\u00e1klad\u011b doporu\u010den\u00ed od z\u0159izovatele.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Odborn\u00edk na krizovou komunikaci <\/span><b>Michal Kaderka<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> je toho n\u00e1zoru, \u017ee pokyny ministerstva jsou \u010dasto nejasn\u00e9 a adres\u00e1ti je ani ne\u010dtou. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201eNeexistuje mailing list na z\u0159izovatele, pouze datov\u00e1 schr\u00e1nka. Chyb\u00ed, jak komunikovat s\u00a0u\u010diteli a \u017e\u00e1ky. P\u0159es Teams nebo Google Meet? Ka\u017ed\u00fd dost\u00e1v\u00e1 instrukce jinak, n\u011bkdo p\u0159es Messengera, jin\u00fd p\u0159es Instagram. Je v\u00a0tom zmatek,\u201c<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> zd\u016fraz\u0148uje Michal Kaderka.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>\u200bBarbora Vrbov\u00e1<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, pracovnice Podpory vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed organizace \u010clov\u011bk v t\u00edsni Olomouc, se domn\u00edv\u00e1, \u017ee \u010dasto nesrozumiteln\u00e9 vyhl\u00e1\u0161ky b\u00fdvaj\u00ed \u0161patn\u011b pochopeny. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201eZ\u00fa\u010dastn\u011bn\u00e9 strany to p\u0159itom mysl\u00ed dob\u0159e, sta\u010d\u00ed jim to vhodn\u011b dovysv\u011btlit.
