V Hnanic\u00edch na Morav\u011b jsme p\u0159iv\u00edtali 28 mlad\u00fdch l\u00eddr\u016f ze St\u0159edn\u00ed Evropy, kte\u0159\u00ed se t\u0159i dny intenzivn\u011b v\u011bnovali hodnotov\u011b zalo\u017een\u00e9mu leadershipu. Rozmanitost mlad\u00fdch l\u00eddr\u016f, jejich pr\u00e1ce a ochota zapojit se do obt\u00ed\u017en\u00fdch a z\u00e1sadn\u00edch diskus\u00ed na n\u00e1s ud\u011blala velk\u00fd dojem.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prvn\u00ed ve\u010der byl zah\u00e1jen \u00favodn\u00edm slovem moder\u00e1tor\u016f programu <strong>Ur\u0161uly Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9<\/strong>, CPO Bloomreach, a <strong>Milana Va\u0161iny<\/strong>, v\u00fdkonn\u00e9ho \u0159editele Aspen Institute CE. P\u0159edstavili Aspen Institute CE, jeho priority a sezn\u00e1mili \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edky s programem AYLP. B\u011bhem \u00favodn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti programu se tak\u00e9 p\u0159edstavili \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci programu, kte\u0159\u00ed sd\u00edleli svou motivaci a o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V p\u00e1tek dopoledne se skupina zapojila do otev\u0159en\u00e9 diskuze o hodnot\u00e1ch \u2013 osobn\u00edch, profesn\u00edch a t\u011bch, kter\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdznamn\u00fdm l\u00eddr\u016fm. \u00da\u010dastn\u00edci sd\u00edleli sv\u00e9 vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed hodnot jako jsou respekt, autenticita, empatie, poctivost, integrita a odvaha. Moder\u00e1to\u0159i podn\u011bcovali \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edky ot\u00e1zkami k zamy\u0161len\u00ed a vyz\u00fdvali je k r\u016fzn\u00fdm \u00fahl\u016fm pohledu. Skupina mlad\u00fdch l\u00eddr\u016f debatovala o slo\u017eit\u00fdch ot\u00e1zk\u00e1ch, jako nap\u0159\u00edklad zda lze hodnoty z\u00edskat a zda se v r\u016fzn\u00fdch souvislostech projevuj\u00ed odli\u0161n\u011b.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Druh\u00fdm p\u00e1te\u010dn\u00edm blokem byla moderovan\u00e1 diskuse na t\u00e9ma \u201eLeadership in Business &amp; Society\u201c s <strong>Pavlem \u0158eh\u00e1kem<\/strong>, prezidentem Aspen Institute CE a zakladatelem platformy Direct Family. Pavel se pod\u011blil o inspirativn\u00ed zku\u0161enosti, kter\u00e9 z\u00edskal b\u011bhem sv\u00e9 dlouh\u00e9 a pestr\u00e9 kari\u00e9ry v oblasti podnik\u00e1n\u00ed a filantropie. S mlad\u00fdmi l\u00eddry mluvil o d\u016fle\u017eitosti objeven\u00ed vlastn\u00edho &#8222;pro\u010d&#8220; &#8211; tedy toho, co v\u00e1s v pr\u00e1ci a \u017eivot\u011b motivuje.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Na t\u0159et\u00ed p\u00e1te\u010dn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st programu se k n\u00e1m p\u0159ipojila <strong>Anett M\u00e1di-N\u00e1tor<\/strong>, viceprezidentka pro strategick\u00fd rozvoj podnik\u00e1n\u00ed ve spole\u010dnosti Cyber Services Plc a prezidentka nadace Women4Cyber. Ve sv\u00e9m p\u0159ednesu na t\u00e9ma \u201eTechnologie, kybernetick\u00e1 bezpe\u010dnost a hodnoty\u201c Anett zd\u016fraznila v\u00fdznam digit\u00e1ln\u00ed gramotnosti v boji proti dezinformac\u00edm v dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b. Anett s \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edky d\u00e1le diskutovala o jedine\u010dn\u00fdch v\u00fdzv\u00e1ch, kter\u00e9 p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed rychl\u00fd rozvoj technologi\u00ed, a o tom, pro\u010d by m\u011bly b\u00fdt sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed v\u011bdeck\u00fdch, komunika\u010dn\u00edch a politick\u00fdch \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Na \u010dtvrt\u00e9m p\u00e1te\u010dn\u00edm setk\u00e1n\u00ed s n\u00e1zvem \u201eLeadership in Sports\u201c vystoupil <strong>Pavel Chadim<\/strong>, tren\u00e9r \u010desk\u00e9 baseballov\u00e9 reprezentace a neurolog. Pod\u011blil se o hodnoty, kter\u00fdmi se \u0159\u00edd\u00ed, o my\u0161lenky t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se d\u016fle\u017eitosti vize pro dosa\u017een\u00ed \u00fasp\u011bchu a o to, pro\u010d je pro n\u011bj jako pro l\u00eddra prioritou rovnov\u00e1ha. Pavel inspiroval skupinu odpov\u011b\u010fmi na ot\u00e1zky t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se t\u00e9mat jako je v\u00fdb\u011br t\u00fdmu a veden\u00ed t\u00fdmu b\u011bhem prohry.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prvn\u00ed den jsme zakon\u010dili reflex\u00ed nad poznatky, kter\u00e9 si l\u00edd\u0159i z diskuz\u00ed odnesli. Pot\u011b\u0161ila n\u00e1s zp\u011btn\u00e1 vazba, \u017ee p\u00e1te\u010dn\u00ed program byl pro \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edky inspirativn\u00ed a p\u0159\u00ednosn\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sobotu jsme zah\u00e1jili interaktivn\u00edm programem &#8222;Would You Get on the Train?&#8220;, kter\u00fd vedl pr\u00e1vn\u00ed expert, b\u00fdval\u00fd soudce, pedagog a publicista <strong>Jaros\u0142aw Gwizdak<\/strong>. Provedl skupinu \u017eivou diskus\u00ed o roli hodnot, jako je d\u016fv\u011bra, integrita a moudrost v soudn\u00edm syst\u00e9mu. Jaros\u0142aw pot\u00e9 po\u017e\u00e1dal \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edky, aby si p\u0159e\u010detli p\u0159\u00edpadovou studii a diskutovali o n\u00ed v mal\u00fdch skupin\u00e1ch. Na z\u00e1klad\u011b p\u0159\u00edpadov\u00e9 studie l\u00edd\u0159i debatovali o tom, zda a jak p\u016fsobit v soudn\u00edm syst\u00e9mu, kter\u00fd nen\u00ed v souladu s osobn\u00edmi hodnotami.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N\u00e1sledoval panel programu &#8222;Journalism &amp; Society in Central Europe: Media Bias, Information Integrity &amp; the Divided Society\u201c. P\u0159ipojili se k n\u00e1m <strong>D\u00e1niel R\u00f3na<\/strong>, \u0159editel 21 Research Center, a <strong>Anna W\u00f3jcik<\/strong>, v\u011bdeck\u00e1 pracovnice Max Planck Institutu a odborn\u00e1 asistentka Polsk\u00e9 akademie v\u011bd. D\u00e1niel a Anna se s n\u00e1mi pod\u011blili o to, jak\u00fdmi hodnotami se \u0159\u00edd\u00ed jejich pr\u00e1ce, a poradili \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016fm, jak odol\u00e1vat n\u00e1tlaku a zastra\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed, kdy\u017e d\u011blaj\u00ed pr\u00e1ci, kter\u00e9 v\u011b\u0159\u00ed. Mlad\u00ed l\u00edd\u0159i s nad\u0161en\u00edm kladli na\u0161im host\u016fm ot\u00e1zky, kter\u00e9 se t\u00fdkaly nap\u0159\u00edklad zji\u0161\u0165ov\u00e1n\u00ed a m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed d\u016fv\u011bryhodnosti m\u00e9di\u00ed a dynamiky ve vztahu mezi vl\u00e1dn\u00edmi a nez\u00e1visl\u00fdmi m\u00e9dii ve st\u0159edn\u00ed Evrop\u011b.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sobotn\u00ed odpoledne str\u00e1vila skupina na \u010dty\u0159hodinov\u00e9m interaktivn\u00edm semin\u00e1\u0159i zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9m na prvn\u00ed a krizovou pomoc (Empowerment Training). Po absolvov\u00e1n\u00ed form\u00e1ln\u00edho \u0161kolen\u00ed o tom, jak reagovat na mimo\u0159\u00e1dnou zdrav\u00ed ohro\u017euj\u00edc\u00ed ud\u00e1lost, se \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci rozd\u011blili do mal\u00fdch skupin a procvi\u010dili si sv\u00e9 nov\u00e9 dovednosti na simulovan\u00fdch sc\u00e9n\u00e1\u0159\u00edch. Tato jedine\u010dn\u00e1 zku\u0161enost reagovat na mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u00e9 ud\u00e1losti v re\u00e1ln\u00e9m \u010dase dodala l\u00eddr\u016fm sebev\u011bdom\u00ed a po absolvov\u00e1n\u00ed semin\u00e1\u0159e se c\u00edtili v\u00edce p\u0159ipraveni poskytnout nezbytnou pomoc pro z\u00e1chranu\u00a0\u017eivota.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V r\u00e1mci hodnocen\u00ed\u00a0poznatk\u016f ze sobotn\u00edho programu se \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci pod\u011blili o to, jak\u00fd vliv bude m\u00edt dne\u0161n\u00ed setk\u00e1n\u00ed na jejich budouc\u00ed \u017eivot. Byli jsme nad\u0161eni, \u017ee druh\u00fd den byl stejn\u011b inspirativn\u00ed a pou\u010dn\u00fd jako den prvn\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V ned\u011bli dopoledne vedla <strong>Pavl\u00edna Hlu\u010dkov\u00e1<\/strong>, sportovn\u00ed konzultantka, tren\u00e9rka a krizov\u00e1 intervenistka, workshop o du\u0161evn\u00edm zdrav\u00ed. Pod\u011blila se o svou zku\u0161enost s ledn\u00edm bruslen\u00edm a profesion\u00e1ln\u00edm tancem a jak jsou jej\u00ed v\u00fdkony v t\u011bchto sportech hluboce spjaty s jej\u00edm du\u0161evn\u00edm zdrav\u00edm. Na z\u00e1klad\u011b sv\u00e9ho b\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed v oblasti du\u0161evn\u00edho zdrav\u00ed, kou\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed a sportovn\u00ed psychologie, provedla skupinu cvi\u010den\u00edmi pro zvl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed stresu. Pavl\u00edna vyzvala \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edky, aby se zamysleli nad sv\u00fdmi prioritami a ritu\u00e1ly a s \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edky procvi\u010dila hlubok\u00e9 d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed a dr\u017een\u00ed t\u011bla.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">B\u011bhem z\u00e1v\u011bre\u010dn\u00e9ho hodnocen\u00ed \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci ocenili rozmanitost skupiny, obohacuj\u00edc\u00ed dialog a nad\u010dasov\u00e9 zam\u011b\u0159en\u00ed programu.
