In addition to her work at BCG, Magdalena served as an Ambassador at BCG Henderson Institute (BHI) in New York, where she contributed to thought leadership in corporate strategy and innovation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She led the 2023 edition of Fortune Future 50, an analysis identifying companies with the highest long-term growth potential, and co-authored articles on digital transformation and diversity in business. Prior to BCG, Magdalena worked as a Data Scientist at GE Aviation Digital and as a Senior Quantitative Analyst at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister of Poland.
