Together with her team, she actively engages on social media and has launched a video podcast that provides a platform for socially excluded individuals\u2014including people experiencing homelessness, disabilities, or addiction\u2014to share their stories. Nela is also the winner of the Social Impact Award Czechia 2024. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to her work with Zkratky \u017eivota, Nela currently works as a PR specialist for AKS \u2013 the Association of Community Mental Health Services, which supports 51 member organizations. She also works as a tour guide in Prague and is pursuing a degree in Social Work at Charles University. Her involvement with NGOs goes beyond her own organization.
