She is the co-founder of BRUT.TO, a graphic design studio collaborating with adults with intellectual disabilities, and has contributed to projects at the intersection of urban research, climate adaptation, and gender equality. She currently works as a project manager for the early childhood initiative \u201cPlaces to Grow\u201d in CEE, and as a communication strategist at ETP Slovakia. With a background in pedagogical therapy from Warsaw and a master\u2019s degree in Social Design from the University of Applied Arts in Vienna, Tereza brings an empathetic, participatory approach to social change.
