Having spent a major part of his career at leading financial institutions in the UK, he is currently focusing on the long-term care and biotech sectors. Cezary\u2019s key recent projects include launching a new in-home care service for senior citizens in Poland and participating in the NATO DIANA programme with a London-based biotech start-up. Cezary holds an undergraduate degree in Financial Economics from the University of Dundee and has obtained the CFA charter.
