She previously served as deputy director of Global Health at the Bill &amp; Melinda Gates Foundation, where she was a member of the senior management team for eight years. In 2004-2005, Fuller and her family moved to Delhi, India where she helped to launch a $300 million health initiative for the Gates Foundation. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fuller received her BA in political science from UCLA and a Masters in Public Policy from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard.
