She is a member of the Committee on Employment and Social Affairs and Vice-Chair of the Committee on Budgetary Control where she is focused on budgetary spending, cost effectiveness and future of the EU budget. In her work, she deals with youth employment, labor mobility and free movement of workers. The European Parliament adopted her report on matching skills and jobs. Martina Dlabajov\u00e1 was also the rapporteur for the report on New Skills Agenda for Europe, which focuses on development of the skills needed for future employment in the labor market.
