Aspen Institute se vyd<\/strong><strong>al do \u00dasteck\u00e9ho kraje, kde se t\u00e9ma vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed a pot\u0159eb sou\u010dasn\u00e9ho i budouc\u00edho pracovn\u00edho trhu stalo p\u0159edm\u011btem <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.aspeninstitutece.org\/event\/pomuze-nam-vzdelavani-obstat-v-konkurenci\/\"><strong>ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 diskuze<\/strong><\/a><strong><u>. <\/u><\/strong><strong>\u00a0\u00dasteck\u00fd kraj nebyl vybr\u00e1n n\u00e1hodou \u2013 opakovan\u011b se um<\/strong><strong>\u00eds\u0165uje ve v\u00fdzkumech zab\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00edch se ot\u00e1zkami kvality \u017eivota a spokojenosti obyvatel na spodn\u00edch p\u0159\u00ed\u010dk\u00e1ch. Diskutuj\u00edc\u00ed se shodli, \u017ee z\u00e1sadn\u00ed pro rozvoj regionu je hlavn\u011b rozv\u00edjen\u00ed lidsk\u00e9ho potenci\u00e1lu. Kraji nepomohou \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 investice, pokud nebude na z\u00e1kladn\u00edch \u0161kol\u00e1ch dostatek kvalifikovan\u00fdch u\u010ditel\u016f<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eJsme r\u00e1di, \u017ee p\u0159ed v\u00fdro\u010dn\u00ed konferenc\u00ed Kam kr\u00e1\u010d\u00ed\u0161, \u010cesko?, kter\u00e1 se kon\u00e1 letos ji\u017e po\u010dtvrt\u00e9, m\u016f\u017eeme n\u011bkter\u00e1 z t\u00e9mat diskutovat i v regionech, pro n\u011b\u017e jsou pal\u010div\u00e1. To je p\u0159\u00edpad i \u00dasteck\u00e9ho kraje, kter\u00fd je ve statistik\u00e1ch hodnocen jako nejslab\u0161\u00ed region, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e rozvoj lidsk\u00e9ho potenci\u00e1lu a vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed je kl\u00ed\u010dem k budouc\u00edmu \u00fasp\u011bchu regionu. Jsem r\u00e1d, \u017ee jsme mohli uspo\u0159\u00e1dat tuto debatu ve spolupr\u00e1ci s Inova\u010dn\u00edm centrem \u00dasteck\u00e9ho kraje a Severo\u010deskou v\u011bdeckou knihovnou v \u00dast\u00ed nad Labem.\u201d<\/em> uv\u00e1d\u00ed Ji\u0159\u00ed Schneider, \u0159editel Aspen Institute CE.<\/p>\n<p>Pro\u010d je v\u00fdsledek \u00dasteck\u00e9ho kraje tak slab\u00fd, jak\u00e1 jsou konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed doporu\u010den\u00ed pro \u00dasteck\u00fd kraj, mus\u00ed kraj \u010dekat na vl\u00e1dn\u00ed zm\u011bny \u0161kolsk\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu nebo m\u016f\u017ee situaci zlep\u0161it prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm lok\u00e1ln\u00edch vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edch iniciativ \u010di jak p\u0159it\u00e1hnout do regionu firmy budoucnosti, aby nedoch\u00e1zelo k odlivu mozk\u016f, to jsou jen n\u011bkter\u00e9 z\u00a0ot\u00e1zek, jimi\u017e se zab\u00fdvali diskutuj\u00edc\u00ed na ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 debat\u011b po\u0159\u00e1dan\u00e9 Aspen Institute CE ve spolupr\u00e1ci s Inova\u010dn\u00edm centrem \u00dasteck\u00e9ho kraje a Severo\u010deskou v\u011bdeckou knihovnou v \u00dast\u00ed nad Labem.<\/p>\n<p>Vedouc\u00ed aspensk\u00e9 expertn\u00ed skupiny na vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed <strong>Bob Kartous<\/strong>, kter\u00fd z\u00e1rove\u0148 p\u016fsob\u00ed v informa\u010dn\u00edm centru pro vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed EDUIn, doporu\u010duje krom\u011b dlouhodob\u00e9ho navy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed investic do vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed i n\u011bkter\u00e1 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed s rychlej\u0161\u00edm dopadem. Zd\u016fraznil, \u017ee je nutn\u00e9 se zam\u011b\u0159it p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm na u\u010ditele, kter\u00fd je hlavn\u00edm nositelem kvality, ale i p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00fdch reforem a zm\u011bn k lep\u0161\u00edmu. Pokud reformy nebudou m\u00edt podporu u\u010ditel\u016f, nemaj\u00ed \u0161anci na \u00fasp\u011bch. S ohledem na \u00dasteck\u00fd kraj uvedl, \u017ee kraj m\u00e1 sice univerzitu, ale ta vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1 budouc\u00ed talenty pro jin\u00e9 regiony, lid\u00e9 tu nez\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed.<em> \u201eV\u00a0\u010cesk\u00e9 republice lze ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s ostatn\u00edmi st\u00e1ty OECD sledovat vysokou z\u00e1vislost dosa\u017een\u00e9 \u00farovn\u011b vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed na ekonomick\u00e9m, soci\u00e1ln\u00edm a kulturn\u00edm postaven\u00ed. Pokud chceme sn\u00ed\u017eit po\u010det lid\u00ed ohro\u017een\u00fdch chudobou, mus\u00edme sn\u00ed\u017eit tuto z\u00e1vislost, je\u0161t\u011b v\u00edce to pak plat\u00ed ve struktur\u00e1ln\u011b slab\u00fdch regionech,\u201c<\/em> upozor\u0148uje Bob Kartous.<\/p>\n<p>O dlouhodob\u00e9 zvy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed \u00farovn\u011b vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159\u00edmo v \u00fasteck\u00e9m regionu se sna\u017e\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad eduka\u010dn\u00ed program Stages, o jeho\u017e c\u00edlech informovala u\u010ditelka <strong>Hana Ko\u0159ensk\u00e1<\/strong> z Fakultn\u00ed Z\u0160 Eli\u0161ky Kr\u00e1snohorsk\u00e9. \u201e<em>Program napom\u00e1h\u00e1 rozvoji a v\u00fdchov\u011b p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00ed generace vysoce talentovan\u00fdch technologick\u00fdch expert\u016f, ale hlavn\u011b podporuje kreativitu d\u011bt\u00ed, aktivizuje jejich schopnosti a umo\u017e\u0148uje rozvinout jejich schopnosti tak, aby usp\u011bly i v dob\u011b technologick\u00e9ho rozvoje a inovac\u00ed,\u201c<\/em> uv\u00e1d\u00ed k\u00a0programu Hana Ko\u0159ensk\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Podle <strong>Luk\u00e1\u0161e Rejchrta<\/strong> z \u00fasteck\u00e9 eduka\u010dn\u00ed platformy Edhance, kter\u00e1 rozv\u00edj\u00ed vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed projekty pro pot\u0159eby budoucnosti, je pro rozvoj regionu d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 vytvo\u0159it takov\u00e9 spole\u010densk\u00e9 a kulturn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed, aby mlad\u00ed lid\u00e9 m\u011bli d\u016fvod v regionu z\u016fstat. <em>\u201eKrom\u011b t\u011bch, co odch\u00e1zej\u00ed, zde nez\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed ani ti, kte\u0159\u00ed v regionu na\u0161li pr\u00e1ci. Rad\u011bji za prac\u00ed do \u00dast\u00ed doj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bj\u00ed,\u201c<\/em> upozor\u0148uje Luk\u00e1\u0161 Rejchrt.<\/p>\n<p>Ze strany byznysu zazn\u011blo \u00fasty <strong>Tom\u00e1\u0161e Holuba<\/strong> z firmy Adler, zam\u011bstnavatele, kter\u00e9mu z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na rozvoji \u00dasteck\u00e9ho kraje, \u017ee je pro rozvoj kraje a jeho vzd\u011blanosti kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9, aby akademick\u00e1 sf\u00e9ra intenzivn\u011b spolupracovala se sf\u00e9rou podnikatelskou a realizovala projekty v perspektivn\u00edch oblastech ICT, jakou jsou big data, strojov\u00e9 u\u010den\u00ed, procesn\u00ed management, online marketing apod. <em>\u201ePropojen\u00ed byznysu s\u00a0akademickou sf\u00e9rou je nutn\u00e9 realizovat ji\u017e od prvn\u00edch ro\u010dn\u00edk\u016f bakal\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdch studi\u00ed tak, aby studenti m\u011bli re\u00e1lnou p\u0159edstavu o pracovn\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00ed a po\u017eadavc\u00edch zam\u011bstnavatel\u016f,\u201c<\/em> uv\u00e1d\u00ed Tom\u00e1\u0161 Holub.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00a0propojov\u00e1n\u00edm byznysu a akademick\u00e9 sf\u00e9ry m\u00e1 zku\u0161enosti <strong>Petr Achs,<\/strong> vedouc\u00ed mana\u017eer spole\u010dn\u00e9ho projektu \u00fasteck\u00e9 Univerzity J. E. Odnesli jsme si z\u00e1sadn\u00ed zku\u0161enost \u2013 v konkurenci obstoj\u00ed ti, kte\u0159\u00ed jsou schopni se u\u010dit nov\u00fdm v\u011bcem, sna\u017e\u00ed se pochopit nov\u00e9 principy a jsou schopni rozv\u00edjet doposud dosa\u017een\u00e9 znalosti<\/em>,\u201c shrnuje dvoulet\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti Petr Achs.<\/p>\n<p>Odborn\u00fd konzultant \u00da\u0159adu zmocn\u011bnce vl\u00e1dy pro \u00dasteck\u00fd, Karlovarsk\u00fd a Moravskoslezsk\u00fd kraj <strong>Karel Tich\u00fd <\/strong>p\u0159edstavil strategick\u00e9 pl\u00e1ny vl\u00e1dy \u010cR pro struktur\u00e1ln\u011b posti\u017een\u00e9 regiony. Karel Tich\u00fd vysv\u011btlil, pro\u010d struktur\u00e1ln\u011b slab\u00e9 regiony pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed na m\u00edru \u0161it\u00e9 specifick\u00e9 v\u00fdzvy z \u00farovn\u011b opera\u010dn\u00edch program\u016f fond\u016f Evropsk\u00e9 unie. <em>\u201ePodpora v r\u00e1mci programu RESTART je nam\u00ed\u0159ena nejen na univerzitn\u00ed a vysoko\u0161kolsk\u00e9 instituce, ale program c\u00edl\u00ed tak\u00e9 na z\u00e1kladn\u00ed a st\u0159edn\u00ed \u0161koly, kter\u00e9 se ve struktur\u00e1ln\u011b posti\u017een\u00fdch regionech pot\u00fdkaj\u00ed s nedostatkem finan\u010dn\u00edch prost\u0159edk\u016f vyu\u017eiteln\u00fdch pro jejich dal\u0161\u00ed rozvoj,\u201c<\/em> zd\u016fraznil Karel Tich\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p>Jednotliv\u00e9 region\u00e1ln\u00ed diskuze p\u0159edch\u00e1z\u00ed listopadov\u00e9 v\u00fdro\u010dn\u00ed konferenci Aspen Institute Central Europe \u201e<a href=\"https:\/\/www.aspeninstitutece.org\/event\/kam-kracis-cesko-2018\/\">Kam kr\u00e1\u010d\u00ed\u0161, \u010cesko?<\/a>\u201c, jej\u00edm\u017e c\u00edlem je komplexn\u011b zhodnotit politick\u00fd, hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fd a spole\u010densk\u00fd v\u00fdvoj \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky v kontextu st\u0159edn\u00ed Evropy.
