Aspen Institute CE se vydal do Zl\u00ednsk\u00e9ho kraje, kde se t\u00e9ma mobility a konkurenceschopnosti na pracovn\u00edm trhu stalo p\u0159edm\u011btem<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aspeninstitutece.org\/event\/prijde-prace-za-lidmi-nebo-lide-za-praci\/\"><strong>ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 debaty<\/strong><\/a><strong>. Zl\u00ednsk\u00fd kraj nebyl vybr\u00e1n n\u00e1hodou \u2013 p\u0159ed v\u00edce ne\u017e 120 lety zde vznikly Ba\u0165ovy z\u00e1vody a krom\u011b podnikatelsk\u00e9ho \u00fasp\u011bchu v\u00fdznamn\u011b pomohly rozvoji m\u011bsta Zl\u00edna a okol\u00ed t\u00edm, \u017ee p\u0159il\u00e1kaly do regionu mno\u017estv\u00ed lid\u00ed. Sou\u010dasn\u00fd trend fyzick\u00e9 mobility za prac\u00ed je ale zcela opa\u010dn\u00fd. Diskutuj\u00edc\u00ed se shodli, \u017ee pr\u00e1ce p\u0159ijde tam, kde budou lid\u00e9 s kvalitn\u00edm vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00edm, ochotn\u00ed a schopn\u00ed dopl\u0148ovat si vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed a m\u011bnit profesi v souladu s t\u00edm, jak se d\u00edky rozvoji technologi\u00ed budou m\u011bnit n\u00e1roky na pracovn\u00ed pozice. To je t\u011b\u017eko p\u0159edstaviteln\u00e9 bez zku\u0161enost\u00ed, kter\u00e9 z\u00edsk\u00e1me d\u00edky studiu nebo pr\u00e1ci v zahrani\u010d\u00ed.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eJsme r\u00e1di, \u017ee p\u0159ed v\u00fdro\u010dn\u00ed konferenc\u00ed Kam kr\u00e1\u010d\u00ed\u0161, \u010cesko?, kter\u00e1 se kon\u00e1 letos ji\u017e po\u010dtvrt\u00e9, m\u016f\u017eeme n\u011bkter\u00e1 z t\u00e9mat diskutovat i v regionech, pro n\u011b\u017e jsou pal\u010div\u00e1. Existuje m\u00e1lo d\u016fvod\u016f k mobilit\u011b, dokonce i po\u010det \u010desk\u00fdch student\u016f v zahrani\u010d\u00ed je ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e po\u010det zahrani\u010dn\u00edch student\u016f \u017eij\u00edc\u00edch u n\u00e1s. <em>\u201cD\u016fvodem n\u00edzk\u00e9 urbanizace v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice je mimo jin\u00e9 skute\u010dnost, \u017ee u n\u00e1s m\u00e1 siln\u00e9 zastoupen\u00ed pr\u016fmyslov\u00e1 v\u00fdroba v odv\u011btv\u00edch, kter\u00e1 nejsou p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 progresivn\u00ed. Dnes se zde mo\u017en\u00e1 \u017eije dob\u0159e, ale nenab\u00edz\u00ed to dobr\u00e9 vyhl\u00eddky do budoucnosti.\u201c <\/em>upozor\u0148uje David V\u00e1vra. V pr\u016fb\u011bhu debaty tak\u00e9 otev\u0159el t\u00e9ma vytvo\u0159en\u00ed univerzitn\u00edho m\u011bsta po vzoru belgick\u00e9ho Leuven, kter\u00e9 by svou kvalitou a v\u00fdukou v angli\u010dtin\u011b p\u0159il\u00e1kalo i zahrani\u010dn\u00ed kapacity.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201ePracovn\u00ed mobilita je podle mne schopnost a z\u00e1rove\u0148 ochota se za prac\u00ed st\u011bhovat,\u201d <\/em>otev\u0159ela sv\u00e9 vystoupen\u00ed vlastn\u00ed definic\u00ed pojmu <strong>Martina Dlabajov\u00e1, <\/strong>poslankyn\u011b Evropsk\u00e9ho parlamentu. Ta v r\u00e1mci diskuse zasadila ot\u00e1zku pracovn\u00ed mobility do evropsk\u00e9ho kontextu.\u00a0 <em>\u201cV Evropsk\u00e9 unii pracuj\u00ed v jin\u00e9m \u010dlensk\u00e9m st\u00e1t\u011b jen \u010dty\u0159i procenta pracuj\u00edc\u00edch, polovina z nich v N\u011bmecku a Velk\u00e9 Brit\u00e1nii. Mobilita by p\u0159itom byla \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm zejm\u00e9na pro zem\u011b, kter\u00e9 se pot\u00fdkaj\u00ed s vysokou nezam\u011bstnanost\u00ed,\u201c <\/em>uvedla.\u00a0 V\u00fdhody jednotn\u00e9ho evropsk\u00e9ho trhu a voln\u00e9ho pohybu osob a slu\u017eeb jsou ale podle n\u00ed nyn\u00ed omezov\u00e1ny protekcionismem z\u00e1padn\u00edch st\u00e1t\u016f<em>. \u201eKonkurenceschopnost Evropy zajist\u00ed jen rovnost p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost\u00ed pro v\u0161echny ob\u010dany EU,\u201c <\/em>dodala M. Dlabajov\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Podle <strong>Ren\u00e9ho Kub\u016f<\/strong>, obchodn\u00edho \u0159editele pro sektor ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 spr\u00e1vy Microsoft \u010cesk\u00e1 republika a Slovensko, je kl\u00ed\u010dem ke konkurenceschopnosti \u010ceska koncentrace na schopnost p\u0159izp\u016fsobit se. <em>\u201eNabyt\u00e9 v\u011bdomosti, kter\u00e9 V\u00e1m v minulosti vysta\u010dily na t\u0159icet let, v\u00e1m dnes vysta\u010d\u00ed nanejv\u00fd\u0161 na p\u011bt, pak se mus\u00edte znovu u\u010dit a adaptovat,\u201c<\/em> upozor\u0148uje Ren\u00e9 Kub\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Univerzitn\u00ed \u00fahel pohledu a alarmuj\u00edc\u00ed \u010d\u00edsla v ot\u00e1zce migrace v Zl\u00ednskem kraji p\u0159edstavila profesorka <strong>Drahom\u00edra Pavelkov\u00e1<\/strong> z Fakulty managementu a ekonomiky, Univerzity Tom\u00e1\u0161e Bati ve Zl\u00edn\u011b. <em>\u201eZa posledn\u00ed roky klesl po\u010det absolvent\u016f st\u0159edn\u00edch a vysok\u00fdch \u0161kol o 40 %. \u010c\u00e1st mlad\u00fdch lid\u00ed odch\u00e1z\u00ed za studiem mimo zl\u00ednsk\u00fd region, dle pr\u016fzkumu by se z nich v\u00edce ne\u017e polovina r\u00e1da po studiu vr\u00e1tila. Omezen\u00ed v\u0161ak p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed nap\u0159. probl\u00e9my s bydlen\u00edm\u201c,<\/em> uv\u00e1d\u00ed Drahom\u00edra Pavelkov\u00e1. Dod\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee <em>\u201cmus\u00edme nutn\u011b zde udr\u017eet nebo p\u0159il\u00e1kat dal\u0161\u00ed mlad\u00e9 lidi do regionu, zpracovatelsk\u00fd pr\u016fmysl v\u0161e nezvl\u00e1dne.
