Jsou v\u0161ak na tuto \u00falohu dostate\u010dn\u011b odborn\u011b p\u0159ipraveni? Kdo by jim m\u011bl komplexn\u00ed podporu poskytovat? A pom\u016f\u017ee st\u0159edn\u00ed \u010dl\u00e1nek, kter\u00fd chystaj\u00ed st\u00e1t i z\u0159izovatel\u00e9? O t\u011bchto a dal\u0161\u00edch ot\u00e1zk\u00e1ch diskutovali pedagogi\u010dt\u00ed odborn\u00edci na\u00a0on-line debatu s\u00a0n\u00e1zvem <em>\u0158editel\u00e9 Z\u0160: Jak se p\u0159ipravit na roli \u0159editele?<\/em>, kterou uspo\u0159\u00e1dal Aspen Institute CE ve spolupr\u00e1ci s redakc\u00ed \u0158\u00edzen\u00ed \u0161koly a N\u00e1rodn\u00edm pedagogick\u00fdm institutem (NPI).\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u0158e\u010dn\u00edci se shodli na tom, \u017ee \u0159editel\u016fm z\u00e1kladn\u00edch \u0161kol zpravidla chyb\u00ed pr\u016fprava pro vykon\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed t\u00e9to n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 a d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 profese. Mnohdy se \u0161\u00e9fem \u0161koly st\u00e1vaj\u00ed dosavadn\u00ed u\u010ditel\u00e9 bez navazuj\u00edc\u00edho vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed, jejich v\u00fdb\u011br b\u00fdv\u00e1 v\u00edcem\u00e9n\u011b n\u00e1hodn\u00fd, z\u00e1jemc\u016f je m\u00e1lo a nov\u00fd \u0159editel p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed do nezn\u00e1m\u00e9ho prost\u0159ed\u00ed bez prokazateln\u00fdch kompetenc\u00ed. Bez nich v\u0161ak nem\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt t\u00edm, k\u00fdm m\u00e1 b\u00fdt: pedagogick\u00fdm l\u00eddrem, kter\u00fd rozum\u00ed nejen modern\u00ed v\u00fduce, ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 um\u00ed v\u00e9st kolegy, aby se stali dobr\u00fdmi u\u010diteli. Takov\u00fdmi, jejich\u017e pedagogick\u00e1 pr\u00e1ce m\u00e1 u d\u011bt\u00ed ohlas a pozitivn\u00ed v\u00fdsledky a oni sami z\u00a0n\u00ed maj\u00ed radost.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eAspirant nem\u016f\u017ee \u010dekat, a\u017e nastoup\u00ed do funkce \u0159editele, a teprve potom se na tuto roli specializovat. M\u011bl by b\u00fdt ji\u017e p\u0159ipraven a pracovat na sob\u011b dlouhodob\u011b. M\u011bl by se st\u00e1t p\u0159irozen\u00fdm l\u00eddrem, kter\u00fd na jedn\u00e9 stran\u011b nab\u00edz\u00ed podporu sv\u00fdm koleg\u016fm a na druh\u00e9 stran\u011b je sv\u00fdmi kolegy vyhled\u00e1v\u00e1n,\u201c<\/em> m\u00edn\u00ed <strong>V\u00edt Beran<\/strong>\u00a0z\u00a0programu \u0158editel na\u017eivo a\u00a0\u0159editel Z\u0160 Kunratice.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00a0sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b se k\u00a0celo\u017eivotn\u00edmu vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed otev\u00edraj\u00ed nov\u00e9 mo\u017enosti \u2013 krom\u011b nab\u00eddky NPI a studia \u0161koln\u00edho managementu p\u0159i vysok\u00fdch \u0161kol\u00e1ch je to nap\u0159\u00edklad t\u00fdmov\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edprava \u0159editel\u016f \u0161kol a jejich z\u00e1stupc\u016f v\u00a0r\u00e1mci programu \u0158editel Na\u017eivo nebo Akademie Libchavy.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eNen\u00ed ani tak d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, jak\u00e9 formy v\u00fdb\u011bru, p\u0159\u00edpravy a podpory vedouc\u00edch pracovn\u00edk\u016f pou\u017eijeme. Podstatn\u00e9 je, aby byly syst\u00e9mov\u00e9 a kvalitn\u00ed. Za syst\u00e9m odpov\u00edd\u00e1 st\u00e1t, za kvalitu by m\u011bl odpov\u00eddat st\u0159edn\u00ed \u010dl\u00e1nek veden\u00ed a podpory ve \u0161kolstv\u00ed,\u201c <\/em>domn\u00edv\u00e1 se <strong>Tom\u00e1\u0161 Bouda<\/strong> z Ostravsk\u00e9 univerzity.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Martina B\u011b\u0165\u00e1kov\u00e1<\/strong>,\u00a0vedouc\u00ed odd\u011blen\u00ed podpory \u0161kol M\u0160MT, si je v\u011bdoma nedostatk\u016f v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edprav\u011b \u0159editel\u016f, a proto ministerstvo chyst\u00e1 nov\u00fd koncept jejich vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159ed konkurzem, t\u011bsn\u011b po n\u011bm a b\u011bhem celo\u017eivotn\u00ed u\u010ditelsk\u00e9 praxe. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 v\u00a0pilotn\u00edm projektu vyzkou\u0161\u00ed takzvan\u00fd st\u0159edn\u00ed \u010dl\u00e1nek \u2013 t\u011bsn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed metodickou spolupr\u00e1ci s\u00a0vybran\u00fdmi \u0161kolami a jejich z\u0159izovateli. <em>\u201eMus\u00edme \u0159editelsk\u00e9 pozice zatraktivnit, aby se zv\u00fd\u0161ila ochota pedagog\u016f se o n\u011b uch\u00e1zet,\u201c<\/em> uv\u00e1d\u00ed B\u011b\u0165\u00e1kov\u00e1. Posun k\u00a0lep\u0161\u00edmu p\u0159edstavuje nov\u00e1 konkurzn\u00ed vyhl\u00e1\u0161ka, kter\u00e1 v\u00fdb\u011brov\u00e9 \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed v\u00edce konkretizuje: uchaze\u010d o \u0159editelsk\u00fd post mus\u00ed p\u0159esn\u011b v\u011bd\u011bt, co se od n\u011bho o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Podle<strong> Ond\u0159eje Andryse,<\/strong> n\u00e1m\u011bstka \u00fast\u0159edn\u00edho \u0161koln\u00edho inspektora, maj\u00ed \u0159editel\u0161t\u00ed adepti nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed obavy z\u00a0p\u0159ebujel\u00e9 administrativy a vysok\u00e9 m\u00edry zodpov\u011bdnosti, kdy \u0159editel odpov\u00edd\u00e1 t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 za v\u0161echno.
