Ondřej is the CEO of Czechitas, a digital skill education- focused NGO. His previous roles at Czechitas were Head of Partnerships & Career Development, Head of Regional Development, and Regional Coordinator for a new branch in Olomouc. Over 7 years, Ondřej led a team of 60+ translators and interpreters for AFO, an international documentary film festival hosted by Palacký University from which he graduated in French and Applied Economics. He helped to build a community of freelancers around Vault 42, a co-working space in Olomouc while managing it for almost 3 years. Ondřej also draws from more than 12 years of experience with marketing, fundraising, and production of events such as Techstars Startup Weekend, PechaKucha Nights, FuckUp Nights, Hackathons, international conferences, and other various cultural and community activities.
