Tereza Kalousková is the Head of International Partnerships at Palacký University Olomouc. During the first wave of the quarantine due to the Covid-19 pandemics, Tereza was mainly responsible for a group of foreign students studying and living in Olomouc. She was the main coordinator between embassies, students and foreign staff, helped to establish a volunteer system to provide them with practical and emotional support, and organized a series of online concerts and other events to encourage and entertain them. She is very passionate about her job, mostly in intercultural dialogue and enriching not only the experience of exchange students but also the wider acceptance of students in the Czech Republic. Last but not least, Tereza is a 2020 Aspen CE Leadership Award Laureate.
