Pavel Kolář

PAVEL KOLÁŘ is a Public Affairs professional and the founder of Reguluju, a legislative platform delivering fast and actionable insights to make the policymaking environment in Czechia and Brussels easy to understand and accessible to everyone.

Bringing over five years of experience from both sides of the legislative process, Pavel currently balances his entrepreneurial venture with roles as a Senior PA Specialist at T-Mobile CZ and a PA Consultant at CEC Group. His daily work revolves around government relations, lobbying, and public policy advocacy, with expertise spanning ICT and telecommunications, e-commerce, the FMCG and beverage industry, and sustainability.

His private sector experience is built upon a strong background in public policy, having served in national and EU institutions, including the European Parliament, the Czech Chamber of Deputies, and the Czech Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He is a proud alumnus of the Aspen Young Leaders Program (2025) and the GLOBSEC Young Leaders Forum (2026).
