Adam Cipro

Adam Cipro has a background in business management and sports administration. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Management. Currently serving as the President of the Czech Shooting Federation, he focuses on organizational consolidation, financial diversification, and long-term strategic planning. Previously, as the Federation’s Sports Director, he played a key role in optimizing operations, securing funding, and enhancing athlete performance.

His experience also includes project management and operations at Creative Dock, where he helped optimize sales processes, product costs and team workflows as well as coordinate partner cooperation. He also handled customer contract agenda. Earlier, he competed as a professional athlete, gaining valuable skills in discipline and strategic planning. Adam enjoys working on projects that bring positive change and is always looking for ways to improve the organizations he is part of.
