ÁDÁM RICHNOVSZKY holds an MSc in International Business from the International Business School (IBS), a partner institution of Oxford Brookes University in Budapest. He previously served as a Congressional Intern for the Hungarian American Coalition in Washington, D.C.
In 2014, Adam co-founded his first company, focusing on the development of innovative rehabilitation and fitness devices. Over the years, his attention has increasingly turned toward addressing deeply rooted challenges in society—particularly those related to Autism Spectrum Disorder and overlapping conditions.
In 2022, Adam took a bold step, redefining his vision and embarking on what he describes as the most meaningful journey of his life, an undiscovered territory. As a social entrepreneur, he and his team of engineers revived and enhanced a remarkable Hungarian innovation known as OwnSignal Technology (OST). This proprietary biophysical technology is designed to support children with permanent disabilities—especially those affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, and related conditions.
With OST, rehabilitation professionals are empowered to gently yet effectively enhance the overall quality of life for their patients—without setbacks—creating a lasting and meaningful impact.
