
Magdalena Krupa
Magdalena Krupa is a Lead Data Scientist at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where she works at the intersection of AI, data science, and business strategy, helping organizations leverage technology for impactful decision-making. In addition to her work at BCG, Magdalena served as an Ambassador at BCG Henderson Institute (BHI) in New York, where she contributed to thought leadership in corporate strategy and innovation.
She led the 2023 edition of Fortune Future 50, an analysis identifying companies with the highest long-term growth potential, and co-authored articles on digital transformation and diversity in business. Prior to BCG, Magdalena worked as a Data Scientist at GE Aviation Digital and as a Senior Quantitative Analyst at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister of Poland. She holds a Master’s degree in Economic Theory and Econometrics from Toulouse School of Economics, as well as a Master’s in Computer Science and Econometrics from Poznań University of Economics.
