Ondřej Nádvorník

ONDŘEJ NÁDVORNÍK is an accomplished entrepreneur with two decades of experience in business. He is the founder of Finley Agency, a marketing and digital agency providing bespoke solutions to clients across the Czech Republic, Europe, and Asia. Ondřej is also a member of the Presidium of the Marketing Agencies of the Czech Republic, contributing to the development of the industry on a national level. His diverse career includes leadership roles such as Managing Director of the Velká Chuchle Horse Racetrack and Curator of the Global Shapers Community in Prague, a World Economic Forum initiative. Motivated by personal tragedy following the suicide of his cousin, Ondřej created the SATI App, a suicide prevention platform that has since reached over 53,600 users and trained 700 volunteer listeners. The project was recognized as the Best Mental Health Project in Thailand in 2023 and ranked among the Top 10 global youth mental health initiatives by the World Economic Forum in the same year. Through innovation and advocacy, Ondřej continues to champion mental health awareness and impactful social change.
