Pavel Kolář

Pavel Kolář is a Public Affairs professional with over five years of active involvement in the political and legislative environment. He currently wears two hats; working as a PA Consultant at CEC Group and as a Senior PA Specialist at T-Mobile. His daily work revolves around government relations, lobbying, and public policy advocacy. His areas of expertise include ICT and telecommunications, e-commerce, the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and beverage industry, and sustainability.

Previously, Pavel gained valuable experience through internships at various national and EU political institutions, including the European Parliament, the Czech Chamber of Deputies, and the Czech Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Pavel holds a Master’s degree in European Studies from KU Leuven in Belgium. He also studied Political Science and European Studies at Palacký University Olomouc. Pavel is committed to driving positive change through evidence-based policymaking and ethical practices, aiming to elevate the often misunderstood field of public affairs.
