BARBARA ZYGUŁA is a regulatory expert working at the intersection of aviation innovation, regulation, and policy. She currently manages EU and UK regulatory engagement at Amazon Prime Air to enable drone deliveries and shape frameworks in Europe and globally. Previously, she drove regulatory affairs at Volocopter, an electric air taxi company, collaborating with authorities across Europe, the US, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East, and contributing to international bodies such as ICAO and SESAR Joint Undertaking. Earlier, she supported EU drone rulemaking and implementation at the European Union Aviation Safety Agency. With a background in law and aerospace engineering, Barbara is driven by the challenge of adapting regulatory frameworks to emerging technologies while ensuring societal trust and long-term public benefit.
