Boleslaw Stawicki

Boleslaw Stawicki was born in Warsaw but grew up primarily in Sweden, which he left after finishing high school to pursue his studies in the UK and Italy. After a six-year-long stint as a management consultant, he had discovered the tremendously interesting nexus of international development, private sector investments and diplomacy. For the past eight years, he has worked in various capacities in international development organizations, including as Programme Manager at AGRA, an organization in Kenya established by Kofi Annan and Bill Gates. Most recently, before joining the Nordic Development Fund in Helsinki, Bolek served as Senior Advisor at Sida, the Swedish development agency in Stockholm. He holds an MBA degree from INSEAD and he enjoys playing tennis in his free time.
