Claudia Hlavačková

CLAUDIA HLAVAČKOVÁ is a Climate Change Adaptation and Resilience Consultant at UNIDO, the United Nations’ specialized agency for industrial development. Holding an MSc in Climate Change, Management and Finance from Imperial College London, she focuses on driving climate resilience and decarbonization across sectors and organisations. In her home country, she serves as Head of the Expert Board for the grassroots initiative Klíma ťa potrebuje.

Claudia’s career began at age 17 when she founded a sustainability team for a Slovak real estate firm, and she has since gained international experience across Berlin, Amsterdam, Hong Kong, and London. Her long-term ambition is to apply her global expertise to the Central European region, supporting its transition toward a competitive, net-zero, and climate-resilient economy.
