Daniela serves as a judge at the District Court for Prague 2. She worked as an attorney-at-law in an American law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges in Prague. Daniela completed her law degree at the Faculty of Law, Charles University in Prague and holds an LL.M. degree from Harvard Law School. She also studied at Katholieke Universiteit Leuven and received her degree in English and EU Law at the University of Cambridge, the Institute of Continuing Education. She served as a member of the Harvard Law School Association of Europe board. She is currently a member of the board of the Harvard Club of Prague and volunteers as a member of an expert group on online judiciary in the Czech Republic.
