Ema has lived in seven different countries and worked for private, state and international institutions. She is a curious, constantly evolving and learning young professional. Born and raised in Prague, she successfully completed two Bachelor degrees and two Master degrees from Charles University in Prague and London School of Economics, having focused on politics, communication and security studies. Soon after, she started to develop her expertise in hybrid threats and strategic communications, the fields which she mainly focuses on now as a mission analytical capability (MAC) analyst in the EU Monitoring Mission (EUMM) in Georgia. The strong qualities which are needed in her field are project coordination, adaptation to new environments, working under pressure and building networks. Ema is also a passionate sportswoman, mountain enthusiast and a world traveler.
