Eva works as a senior lecturer, researcher, and Head of the Arts Management Department at Tomas Bata University in Zlín, Czech Republic. She was recently awarded a Fulbright Scholarship to develop her research focused on audience engagement at university art museums and galleries. Through other local and international projects and collaborations, she explores cultural and creative industries in the field of cultural management and arts marketing, focusing on audience development and visitor experience. She holds an MA in Marketing Communication and a Ph.D. in Design and Multimedia. Eva is also a committee member of the International Visitor Studies Group. Apart from her academic path, Eva co-founded NGO DICE, which supports the intercultural mobility of young people and brings authentic projects to visitors of Zlín as well as Shifters s.r.o. which is a new start-up helping cultural institutions with audience development.
