Flóra Dóra Csatári

Flóra Dóra Csatári is a journalist based in Budapest who covered sports for five years at Eurosport Hungary before gaining a position at Index.hu (Hungary’s biggest independent news outlet at that time) and switching her focus to politics and public affairs. After the firing of her editor-in-chief, she resigned together with all the editorial staff because of external political interference in their work at Index.hu. In 2020 she became a founding member and journalist of the fully independent Telex, which is the new crowd-funded news portal of Index.hu’s former staff. She is also a current Ph.D Student of the Film, Media, and Cultural Theory programme of Eötvös Loránd University.
