JAKUB ŘÍHA comes from the Czech Republic and lives in Prague, a city that lets him balance his love for movement with his curiosity about people, ideas, and the world around him. When he is not dealing with any law and regulation, you will probably find him outside, running, hiking, or doing anything that gets him into nature. Sport and movement help him clear his head and keep his energy grounded. Professionally, he works in Regulatory Affairs, focusing on EU regulations, cybersecurity, and product compliance, the kind of topics that sound complicated, but at their core are about people and how we stay safe in a fast-changing world. He spends a lot of his time working with stakeholders and translating legal or technical language into something everyone can understand. It is a mix of logic, diplomacy, and a bit of humor. He has always been a bit of a renaissance type person. He learns quickly, loves exploring new areas, and enjoys connecting dots that do not look connected at first. Alongside his work, he is a certified facilitator and currently training as an expert coach, because understanding how people think and communicate fascinates him just as much as understanding how systems work. At the end of the day, what drives him is simple: stay curious, stay human, and keep moving, in every sense of the word.
