Jan Gerčák

JAN GERČÁK loves learning, helping others learn, and working on seemingly ambiguous problems and solving them together with others. He comes from the small town of Spišská Nová Ves in Slovakia, went to LEAF Academy in Bratislava and studied Business Economics in Amsterdam. In 2021, he returned to Slovakia to join one of the best Product teams in SaaS at Bloomreach, to learn how to build world-class products from Central Europe. He is now a Sr. Manager of Design Operations at Bloomreach, where he is responsible for their ways of working, collaboration, speed, and special projects such as transformations and standing up new programs with senior executives. He really enjoys connecting people, processes, and ideas to make things happen.
