Jan Pawelec

Jan is a civil servant, Director of the Department for International Trade and acting Head of the Polish Export Control Authority in the Ministry of Economic Development and Technology. He is also Member of the Board of the Center for Eastern Studies in Warsaw and the Program Board of the International Defense Industry Exhibition in Kielce. During his studies, Jan was a Member of the Jagiellonian Club, the editorial board of Political Theology-Philosophical Annual and the Oxford University Strategic Studies Group. His interests are international relations, security and various aspects of political philosophy. He graduated from St Antony’s College, University of Oxford and Jagiellonian University in Kraków. His hobbies include the gym, books and hiking.
