Jaroslava Razlerová

JAROSLAVA RAZLEROVÁ Rezlerová is the General Manager of ManpowerGroup, the largest HR agency in the Czech Republic. Under her leadership, the company’s turnover grew from 120 million to over 4 billion CZK, making it a key player in the national labor market. Concurrently, she serves as an external advisor to the Minister of Labour and Social Affairs, actively shaping labor and employment legislation. A leading figure in the industry, she initiated the foundation of the Association of HR Professionals of the Czech Republic in 2023. She also holds prominent roles as President of the Association of Personnel Services Providers, Vice-President of the American Chamber of Commerce, Chair of the Employment and Labour Market Section at the Czech Chamber of Commerce, and a board member of the Prague Philharmonia. Regularly recognized in Economia’s Top Women in Business and ranked by Forbes among the most influential women in the Czech Republic, she is celebrated for combating illegal employment agencies. Her ultimate goal is to foster a modern, competitive Czech economy driven by talent, innovation, and fair business practices.
