Katarína is a Policy Fellow at the European Leadership Network and a Wilson Center Global Fellow. Her work at the ELN focuses on conventional arms control, RussiaWest relations, Arctic security, and the climate-security nexus. Besides, she coordinates the ELN’s Contact Group on Russia-West Relations. Katarina’s previous research experience includes work conducted for the UNDP, the Carnegie Moscow Centre, the GLOBSEC Policy Institute, the Clingendael International Energy Programme, and The Hague Centre for Strategic Studies. After having obtained a degree from the University of St Andrews, Katarina pursued Security Studies at Sciences Po Paris, and the Moscow State Institute of International Relations. Among other, she is a member of the NATO 2030 Young Leaders and the Younger Generation Leaders Network on Euro-Atlantic Security.
