LAUREEN HÖLLGE’S mission is to build and scale ventures that enrich our world. She is a business executive focused on developing innovative B2C products, shaping ambitious strategies for scale-ups, and guiding teams through periods of dynamic growth. She has a strong track record of leading fast-growing companies that challenge the status quo. She currently serves as CEO and Board Member of Direct Fondee. At Direct Fondee, she is driving innovation in the financial sector across savings, investment portfolio management, and pension solutions — reshaping how people build long-term wealth. Her ambition is that, in 30 years, hundreds of thousands of financially secure retirees will look back and consider investing with Fondee one of their best life decisions. Previously, she co-founded and exited Mamio, a mobile app that supported 20% of Czech mothers with preschool children. She also led Discover, bringing elements of Ivy League education to high school students across the CEE region. Her work combines social impact with strong business fundamentals, shaped during her time at BCG.
