Marek Procházka is the founding and senior partner at PRK Partners, attorneys at law and a Board Member of the Aspen Institute CE. Admitted as attorney-at-law in Switzerland and the Czech Republic, he focuses on corporate governance and legal aspects of sustainable developoment and is usually working on cases that are complex and mostly international. He is also involved in licencing and merchandising of the most famous Czech children figure The Little Mole.  He is the President of the Chamber of Commerce Switzerland – Czech Republic and a member of the European Advisory Board of the Georgetown University Law Center. He graduated from the University of Bern and earned his LL.M. degree from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. In 2019 Marek obtained a Masters Degree in Philosophy with the focus on business Ethics at the Ludwig-Maximilians University in Munich, Germany.
