Marta is a former number one ranked tennis player and a national champion under 18 in Poland. At the age of 19, she transitioned from professional tennis to studying at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where she obtained a degree in Finance and Business Analytics. During her time at university, she served as the captain of the university’s varsity tennis team and volunteered as a Classroom Champion, providing educational and development mentorship to underprivileged children. Following graduation, she worked as an investment banking analyst at Deutsche Bank in New York, then moved back to Poland to pursue a career in private equity at a leading global private equity firm (CVC Capital Partners).
