Martin Němeček

MARTIN NĚMEČEK comes from Šumperk, Czech Republic. He has lived in seven countries and feels most at home in the mountains. He spent five years working in Alza.cz where he reported to the board of directors and led the company’s international expansion. In 2023, he moved into a more mission-driven career at Reknihy, a sustainable bookstore giving already-read books a second life, and Medevio, which helps doctors and nurses spend more time with their patients. He is currently the Chief of Staff at grid.online, building a shared delivery network that works like a utility, and co-founder of 20 Power, a sports performance business. As a member of the Founders Pledge, he cares about building things that work and making sure they do some good.
