Michal Čermák co-leads McKinsey Operations Practice in Central and Eastern Europe. Since joining the firm in 2000, he has been working with global, regional and local companies on digital and performance transformation programs, helping client organizations become more agile and dynamic, and improve their multi-channel service operations. Aside from his client work, Michal has been involved in a number of knowledge efforts and pro bono projects focused on the effectiveness of the public sector and its crisis management. Michal holds an MBA degree from Duke University, North Carolina, USA, and a Master’s degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Economics in Prague.
