Michał Lubaś

MICHAŁ LUBAŚ is an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company in New York, advising banks, fintechs, and private equity on growth, data, AI, and technology. He completed the Wharton–Lauder dual degree, MBA and MA in International Studies, at the University of Pennsylvania and holds an MSc in Finance and Accounting from the Warsaw School of Economics. Having lived and worked across Europe, the U.S., Asia, and the Middle East, he brings an international perspective and aims to build bridges between the U.S. and CEE.
