MICHAŁ WITKOWSKI is a Polish Product Manager based in Amsterdam, where he builds digital products across nine European markets at Just Eat Takeaway.com. His work sits at the intersection of technology, policy, and democratic resilience. As a research assistant at CEE Digital Democracy Watch, he tracked foreign interference in political advertising during the 2024 European Parliament elections, and his undergraduate thesis at the University of Amsterdam examined pro-Kremlin disinformation in Poland. He has interned at the Center for European Policy Analysis in Washington, D.C., and co-led a panel at Campus Polska Przyszłości on EU digital policy in Central Europe.
