Petr Všetička

PETR VŠETIČKA is a Czech lawyer, registered mediator, and Ph.D. student specializing in alternative dispute resolution (ADR). He serves at the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic as Head of Mediation, Accreditation and Unauthorized Legal Practice Enforcement unit, with prior experience in insolvency and expert-witness agendas. Alongside his public service, he facilitates community and public-safety meetings for the Ministry for Regional Development, teaches mediation courses both at the Faculty od Law and the Faculty of Arts at Charles University, and contributes to research mapping barriers to wider use of mediation in court-related contexts. He co-authored a leading commentary on the Czech Mediation Act and has earned international recognition through award-winning mediation and negotiation competitions.
